KPI from Sharepoint List using Dashboard Designer

1.Click on  PerformancePoint Content . From Create tab select Scorecard.
 
2.Select scoreboard template Sharepoint List .
 


3.Select a DataSource.[it will display already created data sources.If nothing visible here .you have to create data source]

4.To Add KPI select AddKPI and specify 'Band method' ,'Target' etc.

5.Add Measure and Column Filters if you want to add.

6.Specify Location of Scorecard and Click Finish.

7.Scorecard is created.
